Lessons Identified/ Lessons Learned

Lessons Identified/ Lessons Learned webinar

Any project is filled with new lessons or even mistakes, and we preferably would like to avoid them in the future. At the end of a project, by reflecting on what happened and what needs to change, a team can avoid making the same mistakes. All projects have their ups and downs, and those mistakes serve as chances to gain better insight.

The first step is to identify the challenges (lessons identified), and the next step is to review what was learned from the process and what should be avoided in the future (lessons learned).

By discussing the lessons learned during post-project review meetings, the team members can review their experiences and identify what they have learned. By doing this, future projects will improve, and the team will avoid making the same mistakes.

Reviewing the project also teaches us what productive habits are helping the team members, so we can spread those habits to the rest of the team.

In this webinar, Thomas M Karlsson and Fredrik E Kastenholm will discuss Lessons Identified/ Lessons Learned and their importance for a project. You will learn how to apply them in monday.com and have your questions answered live.

Support & ticketing in monday.com

The next stage in our “Build with us” series, in monday.com, is “Support and ticketing in your monday.com account”. Manage incoming tickets and correspond with clients. Being able to bring together all information into one central work hub can really enhance your workflow. Automatically assign tickets to the right department or support agent. Track the time they take to get solved. If you need to get back to your tickets, they are all stored in one place to refer back to if needed.
