During the event, we’ll have our Customer Success Managers available for support sessions and Implementation Consultants ready for live demos and onboarding for new prospects. This is a unique opportunity for current clients to get high-quality support and for new prospects to get to know and try the product. Once you get your ticket to the event, you’ll receive a link from where you can book time slots for support sessions. Live demos can be booked on-site.

Poppy Hannan

Lead Integration Engineer – Flydocs

Poppy Hannan is the Lead Integration Engineer at flydocs. With over 5 years of experience in the Software as a Service sector, she’s had the pleasure of delivering implementation projects to businesses across various industries. At flydocs, the in-house designed software is tailored specifically to the unique needs of the aviation industry, providing their clients with a platform that allows them to create real value from their assets.

In Poppy’s presentation, she’ll share how their project management process has evolved, thanks to the implementation of monday.com. One of the most significant improvements they’ve seen is in their collaboration efforts. As an international and remote team, it’s crucial to work together seamlessly, and monday.com has allowed flydocs to do just that.

Thomas M Karlsson

Partner & CEO – Omnitas Consulting

Thomas is the Co-Founder of Omnitas Consulting. He’s got a lifetime of working with people, organizations, and technology. This includes 11 years in the Swedish Armed Forces doing operative HR (HR-Strategist to Personnel Director) and a UN mission in Mali. Before founding Omnitas Consulting he was the COO of a Growth consultancy firm specializing in sales and recruitment and therefore understands how vital customer engagement and support are in order to prevent churn and build reliable revenue.

At the event, he’ll talk about how to successfully consolidate into monday.com with the support of Make.

Chen Salomon

R&D Director – monday.com

Chen is a Research and Development Director at monday.com. In his previous role, he was VP of R&D at Playbuzz/ex.co. Chen has managed teams and groups of several sizes in the last few years, including global and co-located teams. He’s got over a decade of experience in engineering, mainly on the server side, and he specializes in high-scale web environments, cloud, and microservices architectures.

At the event, Chen will guide us through the monday.com product 2023 roadmap.

Sebastian Mertens

Head of Strategic Projects – Make

With expertise in AI in Automation and a passion for integrating digitalization into companies, Sebastian specializes in automating processes and scaling businesses. Throughout his career, he’s successfully delivered projects, scaled a startup and gained a strong product focus. At Make (Celonis), he champions the impact and scaling of low and no-code automation, embodying his belief in the transformative power of automation.

In Sebastian’s presentation, he will delve into his journey of managing and scaling automation projects, emphasizing the emerging role of AI internally at Celonis. Drawing from his vast experience, attendees will gain hands-on and live insights into best practices for automation with monday.com and Make.

Xi Weng

Senior Channel Partner Manager, Northern Europe – monday.com

Xi joined monday.com in 2021 as the first local UK-facing Channel Partner Manager after 12 years in various tech startups. He currently leads Partnerships for the UK & Nordics region at monday.com and is responsible for driving collaborative partnerships that bring value to monday.com’s customers. Successful partnerships are the core of any good technology company and monday.com is no exception.

At the event, Xi will be talking about what makes good mutual partnerships, what monday.com looks for in channel partners, how their partners are creating innovation for monday.com, and the value that partners bring to mutual customers.
