With multiple years of experience in both marketing, project management and working in monday.com, Karrandhev has played a key role in driving digital transformation at FDJ UNITED / Kindred Group. Originally brought in to master monday.com and become the in-house “Jedi,” he has since helped scale the platform across departments, from Commercial and Marketing to HR, Finance, and Talent Development, now supporting over 500 users and 20+ workspaces. Karrandhev has built custom onboarding tools and implemented unique workflows that include ticketing systems, task and capacity planning, and powerful automations and integrations, supported by Omnitas.
At the event, he’ll showcase how FDJ UNITED’s teams are leveraging monday.com for both day-to-day work and long-term projects, and how a tailored approach has made the platform central to collaboration and productivity.
